Our Inn
consists of the entire second floor of our historic building.*
We have preserved the “feel” of how it was at the beginning
of the 20th century. The Bath has an ancient footed tub (no
shower) and an old platform pedestal sink.
The Great Room is a
large area that will accommodate up to 15 for lunch or dinner
at our Harvest table and throughout the room. There is a cozy
wood-burning stove and a loft for reading or just napping.
Our Four Poster, pencil post bed is
featured (queen size) in the bedroom and is surrounded by primitive
furniture, including a writing desk.(Picture) (There is also
a TV with limited reception and a DVD player.)
There is a full kitchen
for guests who wish to prepare their own food. We have no phone
in the facility so you can truly get away from interruption.
* Note:
Our Inn is in an historic building and while the downstairs
is handicap accessible, the upstairs is only accessible by
stairs. We allow no pets. Smoking is prohibited by the Fire
Marshall. For insurance purposes, regrettably, we can't have
children under the age of 12 in the bed and breakfast.
